~Course Overview:        

This five day training program focuses primarily on the construction and mining industries where staff are required to operate a Bulldozer.

 ~Recommended For: 

 Any person who needs to be certified as competent to be able to operate a Bulldozer.

 ~Pre-requisites:   

 UEPOPS201A—Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

 The candidate must have a sound knowledge of the English language.

~Learning Outcomes: 

Take precautions to prevent accidents when using heavy earth moving equipment

Conduct pre-operational checks of the machine

State operator responsibilities under legislation

Identify and remove hazards that could affect heavy earth moving equipment operations

 Demonstrate correct start-up and sit-down procedures

 Demonstrate the diff rent types of operations of the machine
